Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Myriad Daydreams collects when you visit this website, use our contact form, or email us, and how we use, store, and protect it. It is written to meet the requirements of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Myriad Daydreams.
01 Who we are
Myriad Daydreams is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Arsalan Hassan and registered with the Ministry of MSME, India. As proprietor, Arsalan Hassan decides how and why your personal data is used, which makes him the data controller under the GDPR and the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act.

02 What we collect
Information you send us
- Contact form: your name, company name, email address, and message.
- Email: your email address, your name, and anything you include in your message or its attachments.
Please don’t send us sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, through the form or by email.
Technical data
When you load this website, our hosting provider (Render) and network provider (Cloudflare) automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don’t use it to identify, track, or profile you.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies to tell people apart from automated traffic, such as __cf_bm, which expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, and cf_clearance, which is set only if you pass a security check. The site can’t be delivered securely without them, so they don’t require your consent.

Replying to you, preparing quotes, and discussing work you’ve asked us about.

We don’t sell your data, add you to marketing lists, or make automated decisions about you.
Use of AI tools
We read and answer every inquiry ourselves. We don’t paste your messages into AI chatbots, use AI tools to read, sort, or draft replies to them, or use them to train AI models. Our email and form providers do run automated spam filters.

These providers run our website, contact form, and email. They process your data on our behalf:

We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.
05 International transfers
We are based in India and access your data from India. Some of the providers in section 04 store or process data in other countries, including the United States. When personal data from the European Economic Area is transferred to a country without an EU adequacy decision, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in the provider’s data processing terms, or by the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can email us for details of the safeguard used for a specific provider.
06 How long we keep it
- Inquiries and emails: deleted no later than 24 months after our last communication with you, from our Zoho mailbox (including trash) and from our Formspree dashboard.
- If you become a client: invoices and other records that Indian tax and GST law require us to keep are kept for the period the law sets, then deleted.
- Technical data: kept by Render and Cloudflare under their own retention schedules. We don’t keep separate copies.
07 Your rights
Under the DPDP Act
Because we are based in India, these rights apply to everyone whose data we process, wherever you are.
- Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we process it, and who we have shared it with.
- Have your data corrected, completed, updated, or erased.
- Have your grievances addressed by our Grievance Officer.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to act.
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India, after first using our grievance process.
Under the GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have your data erased.
- Restrict how we process your data.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
- Complain to the data protection authority in the EEA country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement took place.
Some of these rights have legal limits, for example where the law requires us to keep records. To use any of them, email our Grievance Officer (section 08). We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will reply within 30 days.

09 Children
This website and our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
